Delivery estimates provided during checkout or order confirmation are for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control may occur. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of the status of your order.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy, available at https://indialibaba.com/refund-and-returns-policy, is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
IndiAlibaba shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, government actions, war, cyberattacks, power failures, telecommunications failures, or other unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable after such an event.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and IndiAlibaba regarding your access to and use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications relating to the Service.
