This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the IndiAlibaba website at https://indialibaba.com and the IndiAlibaba Android mobile application, operated by SRI MEENAKSHI GLOBAL TRADERS. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us verify claims and protect both customers and sellers, a continuous unboxing video is required for return or refund requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

The video must:

• Start before opening the parcel.
• Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and all sides of the parcel.
• Continue without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions until the product and all contents are fully visible.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may limit our ability to verify the reported issue and may result in the return or refund request being declined where sufficient evidence is unavailable.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and invoice.

Returns are subject to verification and approval by our quality team in accordance with this Policy.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support with your order number, the reason for the return, and the required unboxing video.
2. Our team will review your request.
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging before sending it back.

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item), IndiAlibaba will bear the return shipping cost where applicable. For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Return Verification

All return requests are reviewed by our quality team.

Approval or rejection of a return or refund request is based on:

• The submitted unboxing video.
• Product condition.
• Verification of the reported issue.

IndiAlibaba reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the requirements of this Policy or where fraudulent or abusive activity is reasonably suspected.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed with the customer.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Replacement products are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be offered instead.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Gift cards.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Intimate or sanitary products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
• Products returned without their original packaging, accessories, or the required unboxing video where such video is necessary to verify the claim.

Additional products may be identified as non-returnable on their product page.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally not possible. Customers may still be eligible for a return in accordance with this Policy.
